2. What data we collect
Through the Site's contact form we collect the data the user voluntarily enters: first and last name, email address, subject and message. Additionally, the date and time of submission and the IP address it was sent from are recorded automatically, as a security measure to prevent fraudulent use of the form and, if necessary, to be able to evidence the consent given.
If the user browses the Site and accepts analytics cookies in the corresponding notice, aggregated usage data is also collected through Google Analytics. This collection is described in detail, together with its legal basis and how to accept or reject it, in the cookie policy.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries, booking requests or quote requests sent through the form.
- Only if the user expressly ticks the corresponding checkbox, sending information and commercial communications about Sinilos Produccions' shows and productions.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, given by ticking the box accepting this privacy policy and, where applicable, the commercial communications checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Recipients and data processors
Contact form data (name, last name, email, message, date/time and IP) is processed on the hosting server itself, located in the European Union, and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
If the user accepts analytics cookies, aggregated browsing data is shared with Google Ireland Limited, as data processor for the Google Analytics service. Google may store and process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including the United States; in that case, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or Google's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More details in the cookie policy and in Google's privacy policy.
Data is not shared with any third party other than those indicated, except where required by law.
6. Retention period
Contact form data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, for commercial communications, until the user withdraws consent. Afterwards, it will be kept blocked for the legally applicable limitation periods. The IP address recorded with the submission is kept under the same criteria, as part of the message itself.
Data collected through Google Analytics (when the user accepts analytics cookies) is kept for a maximum of 14 months from the visit (2 months for individual event data), after which it is automatically deleted.
7. Data subject rights
Anyone has the right to confirm whether Sinilos Produccions is processing personal data concerning them, and in particular to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, by writing to produccio@sinilos.com.
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
8. Security measures
Appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
9. Minors
The contact form is aimed at adults (families, programmers, schools and professionals). We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their legal guardians.
